Econnect is a comprehensive project and HR management platform built from scratch to replace scattered spreadsheets and manual tracking. It covers the entire software development lifecycle.

Project Hierarchy — Projects → Epics → Modules → Tasks / Bugs / Support Tickets
Sprint Management — Sprint planning with capacity allocation; employees assigned to tasks with estimated hours; sprint burndown visibility
Daily Standup Tracker — Each standup records per-employee updates:
- Which task/bug/ticket they worked on
- Time spent (by task type: feature, bug, support, meeting, review)
- Progress percentage
Utilisation Analytics — Dashboards showing:
- Each employee's total available hours vs. sprint-utilised hours
- Project cost breakdown by module and task type (e.g., "Meetings: 40 hrs, Bugs: 50 hrs")
- Historical estimation accuracy — helping teams plan better sprints over time
Meeting Minutes — Structured meeting records linked to projects and sprints
